Welcome to Navigate Morocco

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Navigate Morocco’s website and travel services.

By accessing this website or booking any of our tours, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

1. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is typically due before or on the first day of the tour.
We accept payments by cash, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
Prices are quoted in USA Dollar ($), Euro (€) or Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date may be partially refunded, depending on the circumstances.
No-shows are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel tours in case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.) and will offer refunds or alternatives when possible.

3. Travel Insurance

Navigate Morocco is not responsible for accidents, illnesses, injuries, delays, or lost belongings.
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip.

4. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions prior to the tour.
We follow all national safety regulations and partner only with licensed drivers and certified guides.

5. Use of Photos & Content

By participating in our tours, you consent to Navigate Morocco using photos or videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes. You may opt-out by letting us know in advance.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, road closures, or safety reasons. Any major changes will be communicated in advance.
