4

Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to deliver your trip or when the law requires it:

  • Travel partners: riads, hotels, desert camps, local guides and activity providers receive the names and details needed to welcome you.
  • Service providers: companies that host our website, process payments or provide email and messaging tools, under their own security standards.
  • Authorities: when Moroccan law requires it, for example for hotel guest registration, or to protect the safety of a traveler.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those platforms also process your messages under their own privacy policies. The same applies to external sites we link to, such as Google Maps.

5

Payments

Online and card payments are processed by secure third party payment providers. Navigate Morocco does not see or store your full card number. For bank transfers, we keep the transfer records needed for our accounts.

6

Cookies and website tools

Our website uses cookies, small files saved on your device, to make the site work properly, remember your preferences, measure visits and improve speed and security.

  • Essential cookies keep the site and the booking process working.
  • Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful, using statistics that do not identify you directly.
  • Third party features such as embedded maps, videos and our WhatsApp chat button may set their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the website may not work as well without them.

7

Photos and videos

Our guides sometimes take photos and videos during tours, and we may use them on our website and social media, as explained in our Terms and Conditions. If you prefer not to appear, just tell us before or during the tour. You can also ask us at any time to remove a published image of you.

8

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as we need it:

  • Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer useful to answer you.
  • Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Moroccan accounting and tax rules require.
  • Passport details are kept only for the time needed for your trip and the related legal checks.
  • Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
9

How we protect your data

We use secure, password protected systems and a website with an encrypted connection. Only team members who need your details to organize your trip can see them, and we ask our partners to treat them with the same care. No system is completely risk free, but we review our practices regularly and act quickly if a problem ever arises.

10

International travelers

We are based in Morocco, and your trip takes place in Morocco, so your data is processed there. Some of our service providers, such as email and hosting companies, may store data in other countries. When this happens, we choose providers that offer appropriate protection for your information.

11

Children

Our website is not aimed at children. When families travel with us, the details of children under 18 are given to us by a parent or guardian, and we use them only to organize the trip safely.

  • see the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your data, when we do not need to keep it for legal reasons;
