Best 3 days in Morocco Oh my God, what a great experience!! Everything was spot on, really great. The guide, punktual, funny, entertaining and full of knowledge. Also, his driving skills were great, the driving itself was very safe, I always felt certain with him. He was generous, kind and open-minded. He showed us plenty of interesting places and when we wanted to do or didn't want to do something, he was very flexible and changed the program according to the current situation and our mood. Absolutely great behavior, funny guy with good sense of humor. The program itself was very interesting and intensive. We saw every type of moroccan landscape and experienced a night in the desert. The accomodations were amazing, they served us so much good food (for example in the first hotel, we had 6 courses, which was crazy, but everything was absolutely delicious), that we were full after a few minutes. Everyone was really kind to us and altogether generous. We were travelling from Marrakesh to Merzouga and then to Fes, all these places in 3 days. The car we were using during this trip was very well air-conditioned, spacious and adequate for the four of us. We even got the chance to ride on camels. What a once-in-life oppurtunity and a great experience! Thanks again guys! Everything was planned for us, we didn't have to do anything, we didn't have to communicate in advance with any of the accomodations or places we visited... Just top service for us. We felt really relaxed and enjoyed it so much, I can't even express it all. Thanks again to the one and only guide, Saïd, who was absolutely amazing, calm in driving and who made our experience undeniably better. The only thing I can say, I recommend it with all my heart and if you're wondering whether to go for it or not, stop doing that and 100% go for it. This agency get pretty much prepare the program exactly for you. You can discuss anything in advance and don't be afraid to ask about anything. They are really friendly 😊 thanks a lot and I wish you just the best guys. Keep doing what you're doing! Because you're doing it honestly really well!Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

10 Incredible Days in Morocco with an Amazing Team My wife and I just finished a 10-day tour of Morocco with Navigate Morocco, and it exceeded every expectation we had. We booked the Superior package, but honestly, it felt like a luxury experience from start to finish. Our driver, Youssef, was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, always on time, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. He shared so much about Moroccan culture, history, and local life that the long drives flew by. The local guides were fantastic as well. Amen in Fes was incredibly informative and passionate about the city's rich history, making the medina come alive. Mustapha in Marrakech was equally excellent, giving us an authentic look at the city's history, architecture, and hidden gems. The accommodations were exceptional. Every riad and hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully selected. The Sahara Eden Camp was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff there were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our desert experience unforgettable. From the hospitality to the food, music, and accommodations, everything was amazing. We also loved traveling in the brand-new, spacious minivan. It was spotless, extremely comfortable, and made the longer travel days relaxing instead of tiring. From the planning to the execution, everything was seamless. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy the incredible scenery, culture, food, and hospitality of Morocco. If you're considering a trip to Morocco, I can't recommend Navigate Morocco highly enough. They delivered an unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely book with them again. Thank you to Youssef, Amen, Mustapha, the Sahara Eden Camp staff, and the entire Navigate Morocco team for making this one of the best vacations we've ever had! 🇺🇸🇲🇦 YALLAAAPosted on Tripadvisor![]()

¡Totalmente recomendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

Serenella Giulia e Paolo - LuccaPosted on Tripadvisor![]()

Long drives and epic scenery in beautiful Morocco Thank you, Mustapha & Navigate Morocco for a fantastic, Moroccan experience on our long drive too and from Marrakech to Merzouga. Our timings did not allow for stop overs as a lot of other people do, so Mustapha worked with us to make sure he catered for our needs and worked with us to go through our best options, as we still wanted to stop off and see a couple of the many beautiful sights along the way. The drive itself is magnificent as you travel through the beautiful and diverse landscapes that Morocco has to offer. From the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, through Tizi n’Tichka pass and beyond. He is a wealth of knowledge and a fantastic driver, who know the roads and the routes like the back of his hands. Thank you Navigate Morocco for making our adventure so special. I highly recommend.Posted on Tripadvisor![]()

The trip started in Casablanca and took us through Chefchaouen, Fes, Merzouga (Sahara Desert), Ouarzazate, Marrakech, and finally back to Casablanca. The most beautiful trip we ever took. Like a dream ! An experience of a lifetime Thank you Navigate Morocco for a fantastic, fully immersive Moroccan experience. In particular I would like to thank our guide, Mustapha, a very knowledgeable, experienced and thoughtful young man. He is an asset to his company and a great ambassador for his country. Mustapha assured our tour from Marrakesh to Merzouga, and Fes to Volubilis and Chefchaouen, ran seamlessly. He went above and beyond to give us the best experience. My favourite time was the few days spent at the desert camp. I loved learning about the Berber nomads culture, history and music. And the camel sunset ride, a magical once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Navigate Morocco for making our adventure so special. I highly recommend.

Our 3 day tour from Tangier to Casablanca is ideal if you are crossing from Spain: Chefchaouen, a guided day in Fes, and Meknes on the way to Casablanca.
Day one departs Tangier and heads south through the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen for a free afternoon in the Blue City and an overnight stay. Day two continues south to Fes, with a full guided cultural tour of the ancient medina and an overnight in a traditional riad. Day three visits the imperial city of Meknes before continuing south to Casablanca for the final arrival or departure.
Chefchaouen, founded in 1471 in the Rif Mountains, is famous for its blue-washed medina. The Medina of Fez, founded in the 9th century, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest car-free urban areas in the world. Meknes, the imperial city of Sultan Moulay Ismail, is listed by UNESCO for its monumental gates and walls.
Spring and autumn are ideal in northern Morocco. Summers are warm and busy, and winters are mild but can be rainy in the Rif Mountains.
This private 3 day tour from Tangier to Casablanca starts from $390 per person, based on two travelers sharing, and the price per person drops for larger groups. Every itinerary can be adjusted to your dates, pace and hotel preferences. Send us your dates on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form below for a free quote.
Departure from Tangier in the morning, heading south through the city and into the Rif Mountains. Tangier itself is one of Morocco’s most fascinating cities, shaped by centuries of trade, diplomacy, and cultural exchange at the point where the Atlantic and Mediterranean meet, and where Africa and Europe feel closer than anywhere else on earth. Depending on your departure time, there may be a brief stop to enjoy the view from the Corniche or a short walk through the old medina and Kasbah before hitting the road south.
The drive from Tangier to Chefchaouen takes approximately two hours through the Rif Mountains, the landscape climbing steadily through forested hillsides, Berber villages, and mountain scenery before arriving in Chefchaouen. Arrive late morning or early afternoon and check into your traditional riad in the medina. The rest of the day is entirely yours to explore the Blue City at your own pace.
Chefchaouen is unlike anywhere else in Morocco. The medina is a maze of narrow alleyways, staircases, and doorways painted in every shade of blue imaginable, creating a landscape of extraordinary beauty that draws travelers and photographers from around the world. Wander freely through the blue-washed streets, visit Outa el Hammam Square at the heart of the medina, browse the artisan shops selling handwoven wool textiles and leather goods, and take the walk up to the Spanish Mosque above the town for a panoramic view of the blue rooftops and the Rif peaks on all sides. The town is at its most beautiful in the late afternoon when the day visitors have departed and the streets take on a quieter and more photogenic quality. Dinner independently at one of the rooftop restaurants overlooking the medina.

After breakfast in Chefchaouen, enjoy a final short morning walk through the blue alleyways before departing south toward Fes. The drive from Chefchaouen to Fes takes approximately two and a half hours through the Rif Mountains and across the fertile Saiss Plain. Arrive in Fes late morning and check into your traditional riad in the heart of the old medina.
After settling in, your knowledgeable local guide will meet you to begin the full guided cultural tour of Fes el-Bali, the ancient walled medina of Fes and one of the most complete and best-preserved medieval cities in the world. With over nine thousand alleyways, centuries-old monuments, and artisan workshops that have been operating for generations, Fes genuinely rewards a guided visit more than almost any city in Morocco. A great guide does not just show you where to go. He opens doors you would never find on your own and brings the history of the city to life in a way that no guidebook can replicate.
Walk through the labyrinthine alleyways to visit Al-Qarawiyyin University, founded in 859 AD and recognized as the world’s oldest continuously operating university. Explore the Bou Inania Madrasa, a stunning 14th-century theological school of extraordinary decorative craftsmanship featuring intricate zellige tilework, elaborately carved stucco walls, and ornate cedar wood ceilings. Head to the world-famous Chouara Tanneries, where leather has been dyed using the same natural pigments and traditional methods for over a thousand years. View the vivid circular dye vats from the rooftop terraces of the surrounding leather shops, one of the most visually striking experiences in all of Morocco. Round off the tour with a walk through the artisan workshops where coppersmiths, weavers, potters, and ceramicists practice their crafts as they have for generations.
Enjoy some free time in the late afternoon to browse the souk, sit in a traditional cafe, or simply wander through a part of the medina your guide has introduced you to. Return to your riad in the evening for a final overnight in Fes. Dinner independently at one of the excellent restaurants in and around the medina.
|
After breakfast, depart Fes and head west toward Meknes, one of Morocco’s four imperial cities and a destination often appreciated for its calmer and less crowded atmosphere compared to the more visited imperial cities. Just 60 kilometers from Fes, Meknes was the capital of Morocco under Sultan Moulay Ismail in the 17th century and the city still reflects the ambition of that era through its monumental architecture and grand fortified walls.
On arrival in Meknes, enjoy a brief guided visit to the city’s most important landmarks. Begin at Bab Mansour, considered one of the finest and most beautifully decorated gates in all of Morocco, famous for its impressive scale and elegant green and white tilework. Continue to Lahdim Square, the lively heart of the old city where local life, cafes, and the entrance to the souks converge. If time allows, a quick stop at the Heri es-Souani, the vast royal granaries and stables built to house 12,000 horses, is a worthwhile addition. The scale of the structure, with its long vaulted corridors and ancient water system, consistently surprises visitors who were not expecting it.
After the Meknes visit and a lunch stop, continue south and west toward Casablanca. The drive takes approximately two and a half to three hours through the rolling agricultural plains of central Morocco. Arrive in Casablanca in the early to mid-afternoon. Your Navigate Morocco driver will drop you off at your hotel, accommodation, or Mohammed V International Airport depending on your onward travel plans, bringing your 3-day tour from Tangier to Casablanca to a smooth and memorable close.
End of tour with Navigate Morocco |
Is this a private tour?
Yes. This is a fully private tour operated exclusively for you and your travel companions by Navigate Morocco. You will have a dedicated vehicle and driver-guide for all 3 days and will not share with any other group.
Where does the tour start and end?
The tour starts in Tangier with a pickup from Tangier port, airport, or your accommodation and ends in Casablanca with a drop-off at your hotel or Mohammed V International Airport depending on your onward travel plans.
Is Chefchaouen worth visiting if I only have one afternoon?
Yes. Chefchaouen is compact enough to explore meaningfully in an afternoon and evening. The medina is small, the blue alleyways are immediately accessible from any riad, and the walk up to the Spanish Mosque can be done in under an hour. Staying overnight means you also get the town at its most peaceful, in the early morning before other visitors arrive.
How long is the Fes guided tour?
The full-day guided tour of Fes takes approximately 5 to 6 hours and covers the essential highlights of Fes el-Bali including Al-Qarawiyyin University, the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Chouara Tanneries, and the artisan workshops. Your guide will tailor the pace to suit your group and can include additional stops based on your interests.
How long is the stop in Meknes?
The Meknes visit on Day 3 is a brief stop of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours covering the main landmarks. It is not a full city tour but gives you a genuine taste of this often-overlooked imperial city before continuing to Casablanca. Navigate Morocco can extend this into a longer visit or add an overnight in Meknes if you prefer a slower pace.
Are dinners included?
Dinners are not included in this tour. Chefchaouen, Fes, and Casablanca all have excellent and varied restaurant options and the free evenings give you the opportunity to explore the dining scene independently. Your driver-guide will always be happy to recommend the best options in each city.
Can the itinerary be customized?
Absolutely. Navigate Morocco offers fully flexible itineraries. The tour can be extended with additional nights in any of the cities, a longer Meknes visit, or an extra stop at Volubilis Roman ruins near Meknes. Just let us know and we will adjust accordingly.
What is the best time of year for this tour?
This tour can be done comfortably year-round. Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the most pleasant temperatures. Summer is warm but manageable in the northern cities, while winter brings cooler temperatures and occasional rain, particularly in the Rif Mountains around Chefchaouen.
What should I pack?
Comfortable walking shoes are essential for the medinas of Fes and Chefchaouen. Light layered clothing, sunscreen, and a hat are useful year-round. A light jacket is advisable for Chefchaouen which sits at altitude and can be cooler than the coast. A scarf is useful when visiting religious sites.
