✅ 1. Booking Cancellation by the Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

Processing fees refer to non-refundable transaction costs (e.g., bank or platform fees).
🔄 2. Modifications to Bookings
We are happy to adjust your travel dates or itinerary when possible. Modifications are free of charge if made more than 7 days before the tour starts.
Short-notice changes may incur costs depending on hotel or partner cancellation policies.
⚠️ 3. Cancellations by Navigate Morocco
If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, safety risks, political unrest, etc.), we will offer:

An alternative tour or date, based on your preference
🧾 4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method (bank, PayPal, or mobile transfer). Processing time may vary depending on the provider.

The following are non-refundable once confirmed:
